Cannot reset or delete module

Hi,

I have an issue with the Realex redirect module after upgrading to 1.6, when I fill in the appropriate details and click save the fields return to blank and nothing is saved, I assume that usually a re-set would sort out this but the system won't allow to reset or uninstall, even if I delete from the server it re-generates itself?

Any help from you guys would be appreciated.
