Remove Checkout steps

Using PrestaShop 1.6.0.11

 

We would like to modify the number of steps during the checkout process from 5 to 4.  I have turned on guest access and have done some modifications to the pages to get to where I am at now.  We do not need shipper information or need users to register an account.

 

1. View Summary - This is good

 

2. User will enter Name, address, email - this is good

 

3. The user will be able to review his order and then proceed to payment screen.  I need 01. Summary & 02. Contact to be highlighted appropriately.

 

4. Payment page (I can change this to read 04. Payment) but need to be able to get here from step 3). 

 

Also is there any way of stretching the progress bar as taking out a step made it shrink. 

 

I am hoping that someone can provide me with some assistance.
