Modules no longer available after uploading Kiala module

Hi,

I got the kiala module from the Kiala helpdesk but after uploading I get the following message when I open the module menu in the backoffice:

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module CarrierModule:
Cannot redeclare class CarrierModuleCore

 

These are the steps I followed:

- in the backend go to module --> modules and upload a new zip

 

Afterward I got the following error on the screen:

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module CarrierModule:
Cannot redeclare class CarrierModuleCore

 

Afterwards, I deleted the folder on my FTP site which contained the module but no luck...

 

Can anyone please help me because now it is no longer possible to configure / install my modules...

Thanks for the reply.

 

The permissions in my FTP where not correct.

It seemed to be deleting the modules folder but it was not deleted.

 

After changing the permissions and deleting the module folder, my problem was resolved.
