Problem was very simple, I tried reinstall "blockcart" but no help about that. Then I tried to check are anyfiles missing or corrupted, by comparing installed files to new installation. And there was problem, some module and themes folders files was missing!?!?!?. I installed pretashop by using Softaculous, and that automatic installer was missing some files, I think??? I took backup from few settings and then I deleted old installation and I installed that again by manually, NOT USING Softaculous. So there is problem, I think, thats why that User didn't work, and there is no problem anymore.
