Can't use a theme I just bought

Hello

 

I have a problem with a theme I just bought from the official marketplace.

I added it, then in the preferences page I went to the installed theme and clicked  "use this theme".

Then the page reloaded to a blank one, and nothing happens, when I went back to the admin panel the default theme was still selected.

 

What am I doing wrong?, I checked the compatibility and it was right

can you enable your fresh bought theme and reload the page?

Make sure you enabled error reporting, check this on how to enable error reporting: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/

And let us know what the error is.

 

Mostly, when you are presented with a white page, an error is occuring. Also these errors are mostly hidden internal.

Enable? What do you mean by that?.

Sorry, this is the first time I use prestashop, I'm learning as I go.

I'll make sure to report this issue.

With enabled I mean "use this theme".

Then enable your error reporting as stated in the link I gave you.

Whenever it is returning with an error we know more
