Orders have stopped showing the product information

Hi, I hope someone can help.

 

I've been using PrestaShop 1.5.3.1 for a while with no problems. However in the last month the orders have stopped showing the product details.

 

I had to update the PayPal module to version 3.8 recently, however the dates don't quite correspond, so I had initially ruled that out.

 

It has also been suggested that the product quantities no longer reduce when an order is made. I don't know if this is connected or just coincidence.
