droke
Hi, I have an online store up and running but there is a little problem with the cart that I can not solve . I commented : The cart works with complete normality , you add items , take them off and everything. The problem comes when the user gives Confirm order or shopping , a screen appears with the total breakdown products and such to start the payment process. For in this screen is the ONLY SCREEN in which the number of products in cart and empty beside ( ?? ) appears . I do not understand why and me how I 'm taking it personally . Can you help me out ? helldog2004
I see that you are having only problems with PayPal module. The bankwiring is working as it should be working. Could you give us an error that has been displayed by PrestaShop by enabling debug in prestashop please? Because there might be multple reasons why PayPal isn't working properly. Also read these documentations for further assistance in your case: 1. http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/content/10-fixing-paypal-problems 2. https://ppmts.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/733 Hope this helps you back on track.
droke
Thank you very much for your quick response. And also thank you very much for trying to help me in my project The problem I have with the shopping cart is that you buy any product in the web and it appears in the shopping cart without problems. Any amount of products. And by the time everything works fine. The problem appears when you go to the cart and push the 'Confirmar' button. The program directs you to the cart summary screen. And on that screen you can see that in the shopping cart the number of purchased products are displayed but next to 'Vacío' (empty in spanish) appears. And it is only in this screen where the error appears. Very rare. I Attached a picture to try to explain better the problem because my English is not very good. helldog2004
Can you please turn on debugging in PrestaShop and clean your cache. After you turned on debugging go and take a look at this very same page, if there is an error displayed please show it to us, so we can figure out what is going on. To turn on error repporting for debug information please read the following forum topic: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/ Thanks in advance
helldog2004
Or else please try the following and see if it fixes your problem. At this moment you are using your cart while ajax enabled, you might resolve this issue if ajax if disabled by doing the following: back-end --> modules find the module cart-block and configure. helldog2004
I found the issue. Open your css file and find the following code: .hidden{ display:none; visibility:inherit } and change it to: .hidden{ display:none!important; visibility:inherit } This will make everything display as it should again.

helldog2004
It is because some javascript is calling this class or ID. If empty then it should display, if cart is not empty it should change to display:none; But for some reason it wasn't. Now by making it important it will be used and overrides any other codes. I am happy it is solved!
