rintro
Not exactly sure why but out of the blue when I load my website on my android phone it only shows the logo. I have mobile enabled for tablet and phone. Today I upgraded from 1.6.0.6 to 1.6.0.11 hoping that it would address my issue but the problem still remains. I went ahead and uploaded the files manually to the themes/mobile file with no luck. Any support that can be offered would be much appreciated. I just want my customers to be able to shop using their phones again. thanks in advance. Jacek Es
I have the same issue. I noticed it a few days ago but unlike rintro I didn't do any updates. Running on 1.6.0.
Jacek Es
Update. I noticed that when I disable certain modules and then enable them again the parts of the website that are related to these modules start appearing on mobile. For example when I disable 'Top horizontal menu' and then enable it again the menu then is visible on the mobile phone. Not sure what is happening.
rintro
That's something I haven't done. good idea. thanks. I did what you did and disabled/ enabled the top horizontal bar. It shows up but its not functional. Something is defiantly going on I just don't know what. helldog2004
If you go to your modules in your back-end, you will see a small arrow pointing to the south next to configure button. If you press this you can enable or disable each module for mobiles, desktops and tablets. This way you can disable or enable certain modules for only the mobile phone (for example). Hope this directs you to the correct path.
Jacek Es
Yes, I am aware of this. The issue is that the modules are enabled on mobiles and yet not not displaying on them. Only the action of 'Disable' followed by 'Enable' bring them back on the mobile. The odd part is that without any work on the site it looks like just happened by itself. rintro
I'm still not sure as to why mobile has stopped working without anyone editing the website, but doing the above solution that helldog2004 suggested of enabling each module to display for mobile has worked and is actually beneficial for the overall appearance of the mobile site. My mobile site is now working properly. I don't know whether to mark this resolved or not since there is no real reason as to why it stopped working. But thank you both for your help!
