szaszati
Hello, I am setting up a shoestore with Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and I have a problem regarding attributes. The different products are available in different sizes, which are configured in product attributes, but the client would like to have US, UK and EU sizes displayed as well. Currently, these three are set up as three different attributes, and I have created combinations so that for example a shoe's 41 EU, 8 US and 7 UK sizes make up a combination. The problem is, that all three attribute selectors appear on the product page, and the user can select them individually - of course there is an error message when the three selectors are not aligned like in one of the combinations, but this does not make very much sense. The ideal would be to set it up in a way, so that when the user selects the 41 EU size, the 8 US and 7 UK sizes are automaticcaly displayed, as they are directly connected, and no other selection is possible. I think that creating a single attribute (size) with values like '41 EU / 8 US / 7 UK' would be a solution, but I hope there is something more "elegant". It would be ok if only one size (the EU size for example) would be selectable, and when the user selects an available size, the other two are only displayed, and there is no dropdown selector for them. Any ideas? Edited February 11, 2015 by szaszati (see edit history)
ddebast
Hello szaszati, I'm facing the same issue as you have. Did you already found a solution for this? Currently I'm looking at this module (http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/attribute-modules/23-attribute-wizard.html), but I'm not 100% sure that will solve the issue.
