What do I need to do so download links are automatically sent when payment received?

Can someone point me to settings that enable order status to be changed automatically to completed for virtual products, and order confirmation sent to customer, and a copy sent to merchant?

 

I have edited email templates using the built in editor, and can receive confirmations when using the Bank Wire option. I want to make sure same happens when PayPal (standard) or other payment method is selected by customer.

I have found a order status settings page (see attachment). Are these correct? No attachment button! Huh? Oh, an intelligence test.

 

If customer does NOT order a download product, will they still receive a download link email?

 

The setting seems to imply it and I cannot see an alternative setting for hard products.

 

Likewise for '2. Payment Accepted' setting. What will happen when customer pays by credit card for a non-virtual product?

 

On receiving payment, our current cart sends out an order confirmation that includes a download link. If products are mixed, then it doesn't. You must set status manually, then download link is sent. I cannot work out what PrestaShop is going to do.
