notsureabout Posted February 4, 2015 Share Posted February 4, 2015 Hello all, I'm facing a strange problem in BO I'm unable to update products status on product list or product page itself When I click on the green V to unpublish an item, I receive the message: "The status has been successfully updated." But product hasn't been unpublishedSame thing viceversa, if I want to enable a previous disabled product it doesn't work. It works on a clean installation, so it's something I made for sure editing some file. Checking buttons links on this operation in both installations, they are identical I spent last hours to check differences between the two installations without any results.So, if please someone can put me in the right direction, I would be very grateful Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Problem is on all products only.All other places in BO works fine, eg if I unpublish a category it works All products quantity are specified manually. Advanced stock manager is off I digged more into the problem and found admin and js folder are identical to the working installation Cleared cache, deleted class_index.php several times but no luck. notsureabout Posted February 4, 2015 Author Share Posted February 4, 2015 Working and not working website are on Xampp 1.8.2 I guess they should work/not work both if the problem were the environment.I'm just asking this because I'm not an expert A non working copy is on a online webserver too Anyway, if it's php-fpm caching data, could you please tell me how you fixed it?
