I would like to set free shipping, for accessories, above € 159 and free shipping for bicycles above € 299. These rules should be valid only in Italy. I've created a first cart rule where I set free shipping for accessories: it works but for all the world. So I've restricted carrier (I have three carriers: Italy - Europe - World) to Italy carrier. In this case, in frontoffice, when I add a product to cart and add voucher, an alert tells to select carrier, first. How can I do if carrier select it's one of last purchase steps??? Any solutions?
