Correct redirect -_-

I have two shops: myshop.fr and myshop.pl (multishop).

A few months ago I have both languages on one shop. So myshop.fr/fr/ and myshop.fr/pl/.

 

Now im using a multishop function and im happy, but would like to make correct redirect.

 

I would like to redirect all myshop.fr/pl/ to - myshop.pl/pl/

 

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^myshop.fr/pl/RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.myshop.pl/pl/$1 [R=permanent,L]

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.myshop.fr/pl/$ [NC]RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.myshop.pl/pl/$1 [R=301,L]

 

I would be grateful If you could help me to do this redirect and remain friendly to SEO...
