PS 1.5.3.1 Error! Homepage Blank Error after nothing is done.

Dear friends,

Just wondering if anyone can help us out - we suddenly found our website homepage turned blank without doing anything to the site. The error reporting doesnot work as well - our site is located in godaddy web hosting.

 

Then we had to transfer it to a name.com hosting and now the error reporting shows like this:

using ftp or hosting control panel file manager

 

look in folder for file config/config.inc.php

 

if this is missing, then please look for back up of your shop.... I am going to think at this point that more is also missing.
