Export products,categories and others from ps 1.4.5 to CSV

Hi, i'm new here and i would ask you a question: i've a website with about 300products (but without order or customers) with Prestashop 1.4.5.1 version. Now i would upgrado to 1.6 but i see that is really difficult...

 

So i would ask you if is there a way to export products, categories, attributes, images, attached files, etc, into a CSV file, so to import this with the 1.6  version.

Edit: my hosting is Aruba, and i read something about file permission...but i would only try this on subfolder.....Restore Permission files instead works an all the website (the main also, that i don't want to touch before the test). So maybe is there a subfolder permission restore?
