categories block allways open

I know this is noob question but

 

I cand find out how to make categories of products to look like closed tree

 

Right now it looks that way

 

 

 

 

but in category menu it looks that way

 

 

I want to make so that Categories menu in right column looks like in screenshot above

On my pc it's closed, with plus's next to ones that have sub-cats.  On my phone they are all opened....
