klaypigeon
Hi there, new to Presta here. I am having a hard time getting this module (USPS) configured. I am on 1.6, all modules updated and using the default Theme. There are a number of things I don't get. 1. After Selecting First Class(reg), Priority(Reg), and Express (Reg) - I have duplicates of all of them in my carriers list and I also have the others for Parcel Post and media mail. 2. I configured each of the carriers as follows: CARRIER NAME: FIRST-CLASS MAIL (2-5 DAYS) This carrier is not free and the delivery announced is: First-Class Mail (2-5 days). The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight and the tax rule No tax will be applied. This carrier can deliver orders from 0.000000 KGS to 10000.000000 KGS. If the order is out of range, the behavior is to apply the cost of the highest defined range. This carrier will be proposed for those delivery zones: North America And it will be proposed for those client groups: Visitor Guest Customer Retailers When I add an item to my cart it says "Free Shipping!" in the Cart popup. Is this configured somewhere else for free shipping? 3. When I checkout, presta delivers an error that there are no carriers for my very North American address. Help? klaypigeon
The fix? This is some buggy shit! I cannot use KG as the weight scale at least not with the other English Standard settings. As soon as I set the default weight to lbs and then changed the weight of my products to lbs, everything worked as designed. Ain't that some crap?
