Voucher code entry box vanished

Hi everyone I am using the latest version of Prestashop. I am noticing strange behaviour at checkout. Some of my products cannot be advertised as on sale so I require customers to enter a voucher code. I have set up the cart rules and the code appears correctly and all the customer has to do is add the voucher.

I have checked today and the voucher code area on checkout has vanished from the Google Chrome browser. I know this was covered in the past, has a solution been found? Another thing I have noticed is on some products for example the price is 59.99 and the checkout rounds it up to £60 or rounds it down to £59.98. Nemo gave me pointers here before but his solution is not working now.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
