Front and Back office slow, especially add new products and module page

Greetings,

 

I need help with solving the performance issue for my Prestashop 1.6.0.11. the back and front office loading is really slow. I installed it using Softaculous.

 

I also installed the new theme and the issue is still the same. attached are some of the pics I took while in debug mode.

 

looking forward to some replies.

 

 

ps: im not a Prestashop expert i just learn it over the course of youtube videos

anyone know if anything I could have done wrong? and if there's anything I could do to improve the performance?

please post screen images of back office-->advanced parms-->performance

then we can check your settings and move forward  from there.

Set everything in CCC to yes.  (second screen shot)

After setting all the CCC options to Yes ive the found the result to be somewhat same. attached are some of the screenshots.

 

please help.. ive like 150 products to add to the site
