urbanlace
The Modules tab in my Prestshop Adimistration Panel does not have a list of the modules I have installed/available. It was there and then it was just gone one day. Poof! Does anyone know why this would happen and, more importantly, how do I get them back? I should add that the modules are all still there, when I click on the positions subtab they all appear. The problem is, I can not configure/install/delete modules from the positions subtab. Thank you in advance for the help, Aaron
El Patron
this is typically a result of an error loading modules, i.e. a module is taking a fatal error. you can enable ps debug mode to cause error to display when you visit module page https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/ make sure to turn off when done
urbanlace
Thank you. That let's me know where the error is reporting from. Now I just need to the error fixed. /home4/urbanla2/public_html/modules/backwardcompatibility/backwardcompatibility.php on line 163 This error might be beyond my limited coding abilities... urbanlace
Thanks for your help! I deleted the backward-compatibility module completely and installed a new version of the PayPal module. Problem solved! Thanks again!
