Jibberish Codes on Backoffice Orders Tab

Hi,

 

I would appreciate if someone can help me out here. I am getting this coding showing at the Orders Tab, and at the end of placing an order.

 

 

 

I get this code after uninstalling a module "orderref" which allowed me to change the order reference. It used to work before I replaced a "modpaypal with fee" module with another similar module "paypal16_7.8.3.2". I then installed another module called "modrefchange" hoping to get a workaround on the order reference change that didn't work earlier.

 

I have no idea what went wrong during the installing/uninstalling of these modules.

 

Someone please help me...
