Attached a simple CSV containing all recent and up to date counties as of Jan 2015. Note this list includes N.Ireland, Scotland & Highlands and some of the Isles so you may want to filter it if your not using some post code shipping module to calculate extended shipping rates. Hope its of use to you. ** It's not formatted to import to PS I'll let you figure that out it's just a standard csv list.*** Attached a more detailed list containing ISO codes.
