ajensen27 Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 Hello, I just started using the loyalty program module and everything seems to be working fine except for this one thing. After I turned the points into a voucher, the voucher "Valid From" date is 1 month ahead from now (so Feb. 16th instead of Jan. 16th). I'm not sure if it's supposed to act this way or not but can someone please tell me how I can fix this so that the voucher is valid as soon as they convert the loyalty points?
