Agregar comentario transportista metodo pago unica pagina

Buenas noches necesito ayuda para colocar el formulario de comentario para el transportista en la opcion de solo un paso para pago. En la opcion de 5 pasos si me sale el bloque de comentarios pero el de una opcion no esta. He conseguido ponerlo pero no me llegan los mensajes escritos ni al correo ni me aparecen en la parte de adminsitracion. 

 

Utilizo prestashop 1.6  y la plantilla moderns.

Este fue un bug que se soluciona en la version 1.6.0.6, si tienes una version anterior y no utilizas el tema default como es el caso tienes que editar el archivo 

themes/tu_tema/order-carrier.tpl

Y sustituir esta parte

Por esto

Hola ventura muchas gracias por responderme he buscado en el tpl order-carrier.tpl de mi plantilla y no esta esa parte, te ajdunto el tpl para que lo veas tu.
