One of these products is a service where upon purchase, the customer sends in their item for me to modify. I would like an automated means of providing the customer the shipping instructions upon completion of the purchase. I don't want to simply post the details on the product page, and I would like to eliminate the delays associated with me noticing the purchase and manually sending out an email to the customer.
