How to bring up a new part in the footer (cmd bloc)?

Version: 1.6 Prestashop

 

I would like to create an another footer part ("Customer") than is currently available ("Information" or "My Account")

 

I just created in the CMS module, a new block.

I hope it appears in the right column.

I linked to some pages block.

I recorded and nothing visible on the front office.

For your information I emptied the browser cache, cookies, folder "cache" in smarty and the folder "compile"

 

And nothing.

 

Can anyone help me please?

This is certainly an oversight activating an option in another module.
