Changing Meta-title of Search Results?

Hello,

Just from an SEO perspective, how could we modify the Meta-title & Desc of the Search Results? I know it's possible, but I'm not able to figure out which file to edit.

Any insights?

In google the meta title is now: search -"product" - shopname

 

Does anybody have a clue how to do change this?
