how to add extra php fields to payment email

Hello there,

i am using prestashop 1.6 and I'd like to add more variables to payment.html

How can I make these variables (such as shipping, payment method, total costs etc.) appear in customers mail.

only {first name} {lastname} seem to show.

Hello to everybody,

 

I have the same problem. I was searching all files for a contant like {first name} or {lastname}, but cannot find out right how to creat such a variable for mail templates. I have a field in the database in one special table. So how can I read this field and write it into that variable?
