Housy Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 Hey,when i log in as admin, then i go under orders and i click on some order and i try to send a message to the customer/user i get an error like this -> Missing template file for email: /home/mtshopsi/public_html/mails/si/order_merchant_comment.txti've checked if that file exists and it does, also the funny thing is, that when i post the comment and i get this error, user still receives the comment. rraw Posted February 9, 2010 Share Posted February 9, 2010 I had the same problem. The solution is to locate your language folder within the mails. See if your order_merchant_comment.txt and order_merchant_comment.html are in that folder. Probably not! So download these two files from the english folder to your desktop (FTP), adjust the txt and html file, upload them to the your language folder within the mails folder and that's it!
