subdomain.mydomain.com/admin shows me error 404

I installed Prestashop 1.6.0.9  over a subdomain.

 

It is working perfectly except admin section.

 

Ex. subdomain.mydomain.com run perfectly

      subdomain.mydomain.com/admin shows me error 404.

 

How can I fix it?

admin would not typically be the folder name of admin, PrestaShop post installation requires you change to something else.

 

using ftp or other file manager, change your admin folder name, if different  then use that to access back office

When ever I log out of ftp and log back in the admin gets renamed with a whole bunch of letters and numbers. SO every time I reconnect ftp I have to go and remove the numbers and letters to access my admin. How do I stop this from happening every time?

I can only think you have some non PrestaShop solution for security that is changing admin folder.....this is not native PrestaShop behavior.
