I was told it was due to "slow-response"....but I also have problem logging in at admin if using Firefox on my Mac. The only browser I can use to login to admin is Safari. The result trying to login IE or Firefox is saying: "Wrong username and/or password". I not have any problem logging in at the Prestashop-demo admin from no one of the browsers..... nutxlago Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 Oaanesta, have you tried to empty cache in both browsers? (have you saved your password in those browsers?) Please, disable any kind of cache in PS, as well. To do this, go to B.O.>Advanced Parameters>Performance and disable cache there. You can enable it again as soon as the issue is resolved.
