[SOLVED] Need help with required parameters

Recommended Posts

Hello,

After successful installation of version 1.6.0.9, in the "configuration information" everything is ok, but as soon as I made a simple click on "preferences - product" tab, the required parameters have changed the OK status into the following message: "please fix the following error (s)".
No error is shown after this message (see attached image).
Is this a bug? Should I be worried about this message?
Thanks in advance
,

Bogdan

don't worry, its okay to ignore this

If there is an error, the message will show parameters that must be fix, e.g. magic_quotes still on

Hi indobusana and fishingnet,

I have found what is the problem.

With the 1.6.0.9 version, if you "clear cache" from BO -> Advanced Parameters -> Performance, this procedure DELETES the file: cache/smarty/compile/index.php.

Then, you have to bring back the appropriate index.php and you place it in cache/smarty/compile directory and everything will be ok.

I expose the same here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/168000-error-on-config-php/?do=findComment&comment=1821288

The unique solution I have is to clear cache manualy but, until now, nobody answered if exist any solution to do this from Advanced Parameters -> Performance -> Clear cache.

Can somebody help us?

Thanks in advance.

Goyo.
