coolu
Hello , i am tring to make a test payment on the website but its getting the error . we are using prestashop official module 2.9 prestashop version 1.5.6 right now . screenshot file attached. error we are getting unknown order/1/s/ we contacted ogone support our sha in sha out are also corrected which is updated in setting but we got the below reply from them The error - unknown order /1/s means the calculated hash values and the transmitted hash values do not coincide. This means either something has been incorrectly set up for the calculation method (global security parameter; not the same settings in the shop back-end as in the Ogone's back-end); the signatures in the shop back-end do not coincide with those of the Ogone's back-end; or the PSPID has not been entered identically as shown in the one of the PSP. The PSPID is case sensitive. Kindly help us know this asap we need to fix it urgent we also tried to contact us option the prestashop developer but still yet no repsonse Thanks

cdwebman
Hello Coolu, "Unknown order /1/s" usually means "SHA error" Check your SHA-in Signature ( maybe there a space before or after it in your scripts or in the Ogone Back-office ! )
cdwebman
I also noticed in image 2 :In the Ogone Admin, SHA-in Signature there's a \ before "za" In your PrestaShop Admin : there isn;t a \ slash ! Try removing the / at the SHA-in Signature at the Ogone Admin, and i think you're problem is solved
