Registration form not working

Hi I'm new in all this and my shop is almost finished (need a few extra translations) and now I found out that my registration form isn't working not with one-click and not with 5-click (I use Prestashop 1.6, whit an uhu-theme).

 

First the guest registration doesn't work and I really need this, for now I will not be using the information about registered customers at all. And some mandatory fields are not showing (postnr./postal code for instance) and it show some mandatory fields that my customers b2c won't be able to fill out.

 

I need:

 

Name

Last name

Address

Postal code

City

Phone (mobile)

E-mail

 

And perhaps a non-mandatory field for additional information 

 

I have tried to enable guest checkout, switching between one- and 5-step-checkout. changing the address elements under countries in localization, but nothing works. Can you help?
