beesneaky Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 I have an issue with the address registration with the states drop down field not showing on firefox and on some versions of Safari. Initially the post code was not displaying but worked out how to fix that one. Running 1.6.0.08 Website is www.beesneaky.com.au Problem i am having is some people are unable to check out as they cant proceed without entering a state. Dagorlad Posted October 6, 2014 Share Posted October 6, 2014 (edited) I am also having exactly the same problem using Firefox 32.0.3 and Internet Explorer 11. Setting an address to US or Australia requires a State to be entered, but the State dropdown list does not display. It's kinda critical as a new customer needs to be able to set up their account properly. I'm using a Template Monster theme too, and I suspect it has somethingmn to do with that.
