Cannot send customer messages at the orders tab

Hello

 

When i sent a customer message i will receive this message.

 

2 errors

1. An error occurred while saving the message.
2. An error occurred while sending an email to the customer.

With the debug on it will give this error.

i have added this as a attachment.

 

I have used php and smtp settings.

I can sent the test mail and i receive the order emails etc.

But it won't sent the customer message or saved them only.

 

I use prestashop 1.6.0.8

 

It is something in the ps_customer_message, but i have not the knowledge how to fix this.

it also don't work when sending a message at the front end with the contact page,

 

The message is that the message has sent correctly, but it never arrives in my mailbox.

 

the email settings are correct.

 

it has to be something in the ps_customer_message tabel

 

THE DEBUG ERROR IS:

Unknown column 'date_upd' in 'field list'

The date_upd column was missing.

to the problem and thanks for that.

do you mind going into detail on how you go about solving this issue
