Country ID error

Dear all,

 

I don't know how this bug started maybe after migrating to 1.6 version of prestashop :

 

The confirmation of the order process is interrupded when i try to create an adress the following error message is displayed :

1. id_country requis
2. Nom de famille requis
3. Prénom requis "

Even if the information first name and Last name are correctly filled.

Do you guys know what could be at the origin of this error? Everything was working perfectly before the migration...
