SEIZMICdesign
So a few months ago I installed prestashop on my site. I have the confirmation sheet and everything, I even started working on it & tweaking it, but other things came up and I wasn't able to devote any time to it for a while. So I came back to the main (store) page a couple days ago and I get this: "Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'seizmicd_presta'@'localhost' (using password: YES)" I have no idea what this means or how to fix it or what I possibly could have done to cause this to happen (if I did do anything at all, which I don't think I did). And when I tried the direct link from the confirmation page I got when I installed everything All I get is a blank page. Has anyone seen this before or have any idea where to start? Once I get the hang of all this, sure! Might be a couple years before I have the time & knowledge tho! So I think what may have happened is I had an *extra* SQL database and the one I deleted was for PS. So I tried to go back and make everything match, but it doesn't seem to have worked. Should I just delete everything and reinstall?

Should I just delete everything and reinstall? yes, I think it might be best to get latest release of PS and move forward from there. I'd start with 1.6.0.8 keep default and just add categories products etc. don't add any modules etc, keep it core/native very clean, then you can upgrade to 1.6.09 and higher more easily (you will want to do this)...then you can look around for additional modules and a new theme.
