Hi Genie, love your avatar, let's consider this  your 1st wish. :)

We you import a language pack,  it only contains back office, modules, default theme etc.  It can not translate your custome content, menus/products/categories etc.

This you must do yourself from back office.

Tip:  disable he language in the back office so it's not presented as option in front office until you complete translations, then enable.

For your quick reply to help me and thanks for liking my avatar. But please don't make my wish limit as 3. :):rolleyes: .

I have disabled the language in the back end and now it is not showing in the front office. Now please tell me how can i translate all the

custom content, menus, products, categories etc.

Thanks

Translations from back office can be accomplished from

back office-->localization-->translations

here you can xlate modules/front office/mails/ etc.

Categories, would be done in the back office--->categories

Menus, typically done from module configure

we run 4 languages, it's a bit of work, and as you become more familiar with ps and xlations the easier it will get.  but it is a lot of work.

here is a guide that will help
