Featured products on your homepage link

Hi,

 

My website is http://www.e-sigshop.nl/nl/ and i'm using PS 1.5.6.2

 

I cloned the module Featured products on your homepage and it's working perfectly, the only thing that i want to adjust is the text E-Sigaret Starterkits, i want to link this to the category http://www.e-sigshop.nl/nl/7-e-sigaret-starterkit.

Inside homefeatured1.tpl i have the following: 

<h4 class="title_block">{l s='E-Sigaret Starterkits' mod='homefeatured1'}</h4>

 

My question is how to put a link inside this? Thanks for helping me out! Jos
