No taxes for international companies

How can I set so that companies won't pay taxes on their order? (While everyone else does)

I found a module but it would appear to have used this hack as it's logic

note: PrestaShop was written initially for countries where 'no-tax' is not typical, i.e EU.  And would appear not to be part of core feature yet. 

 

Possible someone will know how to do this from back office config that I am unaware of.
