Customer Registration Required Field Problem

This is my first time using Prestashop. The only issue i'm having is with the customer registration.

 

The first part, where they put in their name & email all works fine.

 

the second page which asks for their address information and phone numbers is where my problem is.

 

I keep getting the error: 

 

There are 2 errors

1. lastname is required.
2. firstname is required.

Those two fields are not on that page so i'm not sure why it is giving me that error. Yesterday I did stumble upon a page in the Admin section that allowed you to drag and drop form fields to a required box so i'm wondering if I made a change there by accident, only I can't seem to find where I was when i did that.

 

I'm using version 1.6.0.8
