d34t-trp Posted July 2, 2014 Share Posted July 2, 2014 (edited) A few days ago my client complained that the front office was not working anymore; this is about a week after I made the last changes (that is, adding a new catalog price rule). I can't find a solution for this and I'd like some help. The front office now shows only the logo, the background and the background of the menu bar, but not even the menu itself. The back office instead works perfectly. Steps I already tried: - disabled non-native modules - changed template - emptied the cache and forced the template to recompile - updated to version 1.6.0.8 - checked the database, it seems intact - set _PS_MODE_DEV_ to true, but I get no error message - checked the error log on the server, but it's empty Any ideas? d34t-trp Posted July 3, 2014 Author Share Posted July 3, 2014 I solved the problem. Turns out my client thought it was a smart idea to disable *everything* from clients->groups->visitor. As a result, nothing was showing. Good thing there's a log in Prestashop so I could pinpoint it was him doing that and when he did it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
