[please help] How to calculate mixed products in prestashop?

Hello,

 

I had a shipping issue here.

 

There are 2 types of product on my website;

1. general products : with 3 carrier options (customer pickup, standard and express)

2. flat rate products : same rate for shipping everywhere within Australia. (this flat rate prices may different based on the product, so I made some different carriers)

 

Problem : When I tried to purchase two different types of products above, the shipping result came to Free shipping. It could not calculate the total.
