Notre boutique n'affiche plus de fiche produits, nous avons deux erreurs :

Bonjour,

vous devriez déjà vider le cache smarty et éventuellement le désactiver et forcer la recompilation des templates.

Pour voir si ça résout le problème puis ré-activer le tout.

version de Prestashop utilisée ?

 

sachez que le fichier cform.tpl de votre thème n'existe pas de base dans Prestashop donc il fut rajouté manuellement. Pourquoi ? Comment ? seul vous pouvez répondre à ce genre de question.

Je passe derrière un autre webmaster? C'est un thème installé ou développé par lui. Nous sommes en 1.5.6.2.

Vous avez fait une mise à jour ou pas ?

 

car peut être que ce tpl est mal codé pour smarty3 sur la 1.5.

 

dans tous les cas le soucis semble venir de ce tpl.

Problème non trouvé, mais résolu par une réinstallation totale d'une sauvegarde de sécurité
