Restoring the prestashop 1.6

I am working on local..and if i backup and restore the PS1.6 from (..xampp/htdocs/test1.1) to (..xampp/htdocs/test1.2) the new url(test1.2) appears perfect but after the first click it redirects to the old url(test1.1).

The following Modification i have done while restoring.

1)  created a new DB (db_1.2) and changed the physical_uri value in table ps_shop_url to "/test1.2/"

2) test1.2/config/settings.inc - Modified the dbname to db_1.2

 

I have been doing this process for PS 1.5 n number times, didn't find any issues. But for PS1.6 not able to find the solution
