Problema email clienti conferma ordini , registrazioni , ecc

salve , sto usando da poco prestashop , ho un problema con l email , quando un cliente effettua un ordine non arriva la conferma , non arriva il benvenuto ecc , modificando le impostazione delle email di prestashop , mi è arrivata questa email di errore , nella cartella spam tra l altro ,
