Stock Instant State - BUG ?

Could somebody explain what is going on here...

 

 

Physical & Usable qty are both zero, yet

Real qty is 200.

 

This lets people order the items, but throws an error when attempting to change status to "Preperation in progress, or shipped"

 

There are quite a lot of products where these figures dont add up correctly.

 

Also, in "STOCK COVER", the figures dont make any sense.

 

This same product has just sold 5 units, and has sold many in the past.

Yet in the stock cover area, this is what it shows

 

 

Any advice on this ?

 

Its currently on PS 1.5.4.1
