[solved]tax problems at product list

Hi,

 

I'm running Prestashop 1.6.5.1 and have som problem with tax at product list.

 

If i visits as guest the price in product list is including tax but when a user log in it displays the price with excluding tax?

 

Any ideas?

Hi Mbp,

 

Check your user group settings. Could be the user group setting is to display Tax excluded.

Check under Customers/Groups/Edit in section Customer group, the option titled, Price display method.

Thx for your reply but i think it was a third party module issue because the problem did only appear on products of that module (video stream)

I can explain a little bit more about my issue.

 

On all products related to a third part module the tax did disappear when user was logged in and i did changes to the product.

 

I solved the issue by reinstall the module and create new products.

 

But if you don't see price at all, make sure to check the settings under Customers/Groups/Edit in section Customer group, the option titled, Price display method as JohnADK mentioned.

 

You haven't done anything to the css code to hide it manually?

I not  have  done anything to the css code to hide it manually.

But the main problem was when i started to make assiation's, the prices desapear.

I have checkd the settings under Customers/Groups/Edit in section Customer 

 

And i can't create categoryes as well
