Incorrect image alignment

Using Prestashop 1.5.6.2

 

I am trying to use an image between the background img and the Front Office modules.  This is done to match my websites homepage.  If I modify the background image to include the extra image,  it does not maintain its correct alignment when the window size is increased or decreased.  If I include the image with the header logo, the Front Office content is pushed down below the header logo.

Can the plate image be added to where it tracks the Front Office content when the window size is changed?
